Farmer George is a family owned and operated boutique paddock-to-plate business that supplies premium quality free range lamb to customers either via direct delivery to their home/office or via the Carriageworks Farmers Market.

What's On...

I'm speaking at Taste of Sydney Friday 11 & Saturday 12 March at Centennial Park, Sydney. 

Be sure to come down and say hi! I'll be at the 'A Taste of Beef & Lamb' gig to talk about our sustainable farming practices and introduce the different lamb & beef cuts. I'll be backed up by a live cooking demonstration from leading Australian chef, Tom Walton from Bucket List Bondi.

We sell a range of quality cryovac sealed lamb cuts including cutlets, spare ribs, loin chops, shoulders, legs, livers, backstrap, fillets and dog bones for our furry friends...

Carriage Farmers Markets is located at 245 Wilson Street,
Redfern (Sydney).

Parking can be difficult on a Saturday, however if you drive down
Holdsworth Street, there is 3hr parking available, and it's much easier to find a free park (that's our inside tip!)
